I recently got an Alienware M7700 Laptop. It is upgraded to the hilt, and Alienware has a strong name in the geek and gaming community. I have to say, apparently over the last year or so they are going downhill, I hear of many support issues ...

Horrible support

 

I bought a lemon. Immediately after purchasing, it needed a repair. I asked to have the on-site service. They said the repair wasn't fixable on site. I had to send it back to the factory -- three weeks later I got the computer back. A few months ...

When it worked, it was wicked fast.

Horribly unreliable. Technical support was even worse. Strong arm tactics to prevent returns.

Alienware computer

 

This company has inspired by far the worst computing experience I have every had. I have been working for in IT for 6 years and have never had more problems with a company. My firm bought 3 area 51 laptops and within one year we had all three fail. ...

The staff knows so little about their product you will feel like an expert.

The computer don't work correctly, the staff is indifferent to your problems, terrible product support.
