Aorus X7 Pro-Sync Review

Aorus, the high-end brand created by Gigabyte, has put a lot of work into the X7 Pro-Sync and the result is an exceptionally slender laptop that packs a severe gaming punch. The chassis only measures 22.9mm thick at the widest point behind the lid...

GTX 970M SLI is great for Full HD gaming.

Under load X7 Pro-Sync is far too noisy.

While we admire Aorus X7 Pro-Sync for its performance and styling we cannot forgive the excessive noise from the cooling system. In extreme cases too, the CPU may throttle.

Review: Aorus X7 Pro-Sync

I t's possible to pick up a decent gaming laptop for around two grand these days, so when we saw this new 17 incher from Aorus cost twice that, we knew it was going to be packed to the gills with high-powered goodness. Closer examination revealed that...

"There’s no denying Aorus’ latest gaming laptop is fast, but the fan noise really is a major issue."

Failed GPU2 After 8 Months

Worked well for editing 4K footage. Fastest computer I've owned, for the first 8 months

Soldered, un-upgradable GPU. Though with such a thin form laptop I suppose it's a compromise. See below ; Flimsy-ish construction. The laptop appears bent from certain angles, and it does not appear to shut evenly ; QC is lacking. Two screws from the...

One GPU doesn't even work

I have tried everything I can think of. I updated the BIOS. I updated the graphics drivers. I reverted back to the old drivers. I looked at the device managers. I downloaded third party software (3DMark) to test it. 3DMark only saw one GPU. This is a...

Package came on time. Started up fine. Other than the GPU, everything works very well. Beautifully made

One of the GPU's does not work. I first blamed it on myself for doing things wrong, but I've went online to talk to experts. Contacted Computer King and even emailed Aorus. I spent money and took it to a professional tech expert. No one really knows...
