Great mid range multimedia laptop.

I would not hesitate to buy this again, and would recommend it enthusiastically.

Super easy to set up and connects to ethernet cable and my wireless network easily. Nice full HD screen. relatively quiet CPU fan. Nice audio, which is important to me. Has DVD drive. I can run my THX speakers and my 21" monitor. Great value-you get a...

Hard to get used to the touchpad for controlling things on screen. It does really weird things when I accidentally brush my hand across it. This is the only ding

Good performance, small battery

Had to write this review after seeing the obviously not knowledgeable people reviewing this device. 1. This is a DUAL Graphics device. M350DX is a R5 integrated graphics and R7 dedicated graphics in crossfire. That's why you don't see R8 M350DX listed....

1080P Screen Full Keyboard Windows 10 and not an 8+ Upgrade 8GB RAM 1TB HDD Dedicated GPU

Think twice before buying ASUS.

I feel as though ASUS and NEWEGG seriously mislead and lied about this laptop. I took a chance on this Laptop, at this point I am starting to think I should have went with another brand. This is the first time I have ever given under four eggs. I feel...

Its is light maybe 4 pounds tops. The build seems ok. Fast AMD FX 8800P APU. ! TB HD.

I went to Settings system and About. The model of this laptop is X555DG. Again the model number X555DG I am unable to find or even a laptop that has the AMD FX APU in it on ASUS website. When you first turn the laptop on and go to device manager and...

Coulda been done better it's an x555 with an amd chip.

Subtly gimped hardware. Not easy to service if you care about breaking plastic tabs. Still an OK kick around for the price.

Very few laptops with this chipset and it's still less gimped than the HP one. Speakers are pretty good. Nice screen.

Second ram is soldered into the mobo and the ram is slow which hurts apus more than it would a regular cpu. No external power reset button have to disassemble the thing and pull the battery when you get a power surge. If I knew the disassemble would be...

Not what I was looking for....

I have been searching the market for an AMD based notebook ever since APUs were released, and have yet to find one where OEMs did not cheap out on parts or made ridiculous component pairings. Sadly to say my search will continue because this notebook...

1. 1080p native screen (non glossy) 2. Full Keyboard 3. Only a handful of bloatware to uninstall 4. APU/GPU intake not at bottom of notebook 5. Doesn't seem to throttle 6. Casing looks decently nice also not a fingerprint magnet

1. APU/GPU intake fan is moderately audible (this is due to the pull of air being between the display hinge) 2. CPU-Z reports single slot of RAM to be 800 MHz 3. Quickly reaches high temps on APU/GPU (while running basic software, temperatures hover...

AVOID!

this is an absolute joke, sorry ASUS you lost a long time customer. this would be no fault of AMD however, I've had the opportunity to use many other devices powered by them. they've got to start designing there own laptops, as far as these go......

none. i would barely give this 1 egg.

One ram slot visible, one hidden somewhere inside... called ASUS, they wouldn't give me details as to where it is, so i couldn't swap both for a kit i bought to use with it. ram speed reported as running at 1333mhz despite having a 1600mhz stick...
