Great, but don't update

cannot recommend it, won't tell folks to buy it, and wouldn't buy it again.

fast, efficient and is fun to use; when it is working, it is top... but that is only about 4% of the time

I updated to win 10 as newegg suggested, as it is free. then the drivers for the battery causes me to never have a charged battery again. I updated once, then twice and then the 3rd time... and the drivers are just junk. Newegg didn't help, ASUS send...

Great laptop but had issues.

I would recommend it if your product actually works unlike mine.

Nice and fast great CPU/ GPU works well on windows 10

Newegg sent me one with a defective space bar and i had to send it to ASUS (under warranty) and it took over a week to get back. The battery on mine is also defective ad in if u where to unplug the battery from the motherboard it will not be recognized...

Falty space bar

The space bar came defective! It only registered when i pressed it really hard and it was kinda getting annoying. So i had to RMA. Also the hard drive is kinda slow and boot times are in the minutes so if you plan to get this laptop also buy an SSD or...

Seriously?

I had two one was fine the other was cracked screen. Newegg took care of it I have it I'm about to give it to the client...but i check and make sure it powers on after they sent it back a second time...nothing lights on the battery etc...I'm tech savy....

Touchscreen, nice price for laptop options...looks like Newegg fixed the broken screen after I sent it back...HOWEVER

could be a bit faster

Decent budget laptop

I bought this for my wife; she mainly browses facebook and other websites and listens to music. I did watch an episode of a show on Netflix and the streaming quality was really high, which I was really surprised by. I would definitely recommend this...

Will buy ASUS products again. Said refurbished but looked brand new. Didn't come with anything besides laptop and charger, the manual was downloaded electronically and placed on the desktop. VERY happy with this purchase!
