It's a shame the screen is a bit dim, but this is still a great-value touchscreen Windows 8 laptop

Nice and lightweight and very compact and lovely looking. I liked the look and feel. It boots up quick and turns off quickly.

Took far too long to install things. On the day of buying it I could not use it as it seem to be permanently updating. It often froze. I had to wait and wait and got fed up of waiting. I took it back to the shop and got an i5 instead which I am happy...

It doesn't have CD Player

Lovely little computer, did everything I wanted it to...until a week later when half the keyboard stopped working. Sent it back and got a refund. If it had kept working I would have loved it.

Think I was just unlucky to have one that conked out so quickly. Nothing wrong with the computer itself and would've stuck with it in a heartbeat!

This laptop failed to work - taking hours to boot and close down - and was returned for an exchange.

Small battery

Well made, strong but light weight, good quality screen.

Went into "deep hibernate" mode - black screen, white mouse arrow and no response to anything. Took a call to the Asus technical helpdesk to wake it up. Apparently they suffer this problem on random occasions, but easy to fix once you know how.
