Metallic design and finish is nice.

Wide spacing between keys makes it a little difficult to get used too.. compared to conventional keyboards. Lack of start menu in Windows 8 is atrocious! What were they thinking?! To be fair this is nothing to do with the laptop..

I bought this laptop for my sons 14th birthday after much research and I have to say it looks and feels great; it also has a very nice display and keyboard and setup was a breeze. Applied the free MS upgrade to Windows 8.1 through the Windows Store...

None relating to the supplier or the laptop manufacturer. Needs free Classicshell for that familiar Windows 7 Start menu.

None really but maybe if being picky a fourth USB slot would handy.

Nice design. Very quiet. Doesn't get hot, even after several hours use. Touch screen.

Windows 8. Doesn't Perform as well as I'd hoped considering the specs. Required some updates & changes to settings to boost performance. Can be sluggish at times.

Very good computer that is easy to use and feels like a sturdy build. It is quick and I haven't had an problems with processing speeds as of yet.

At first I thought the keyboard was a little shallow but actually I have got used to it and now can't use thicker ones properly.

- Slightly on the heavy side - Lid very susceptible to fingerprint marks - Battery life could be better
