Amzazingly fast, boots from cold in about 10s... so far performed really well for gaming... Responsive, could handle most tasks you throw at it. Full HD IPS screen with good viewing angles Looks good The best laptop sound I've ever heard especially...

Windows 8 UI - Annoying - but google 'Start8' and things become much better The power supply seems quite large, but not that much of a worry

Bought this after reading many reviews, knew nothing of Asus & hadn't seen this laptop anywhere. Screen excellent for photos. Wide range of external connections. Quick start up since no optical drive Would buy it again.

External power supply is a bit big. Not obvious as to what external optical drive to get and the Asus BluRay I bought + its power supply is not really portable. Windows 8 takes some getting used to. It's all down to the mouse pad!!
