So far so good

Doesn't personally bother me but it has windows 8, you'd also probably want an ssd for it.

So far it's been working perfectly (around a month in) and i think this is a pretty solid computer for the price, it has a good keyboard (not backlight) nice screen, fan, it runs smoothly, and I've been able to play a lot of games on it at medium-high...

The touch pad is not good sadly, it has a lot of bumps for some reason, but that's not the problem it's more about the clicking. It feels really awkward and it's a little hard to push down but that can be solved with a mouse. even though the exterior...

Cheap components

Overall, I still use it, sounds like a weed whacker, I still play CSGO and other games that aren't to graphically intensive, but if you are planning to buy this computer based on it's sheer affordability, don't let the specs fools you, they may be...

1. Worked beautifully within first 3-5 months

1. Cheap components. - After the 6 months of having it, all of a sudden my laptop fan started making the sounds of a weed whacker and felt like it was just going way to fast for me just sitting at the desktop? Upon more research it is a common defect...

I have no clue why anyone wouldn't give this at least a 5 egg.

This gaming laptop is great. It's perfect for your gaming needs+ More. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and I'm glad that I could help support this fine company. Plus, it was on sale, so that's great

Touchpad, but, who uses a touchpad to game? The screen COULD be a bit better but I'm not worried about it. This is pretty great

Dead Pixels included (No extra charge)

Not much else to say. I've owned one laptop previous to this. Still have it, and it worked for 3 years and counting. Hopefully this will stand up to my standards over the next few years.

Came in with a charged battery ; Started up fast.Keyboard has a nice sound ; Extremely fast shipping

Came in with dead pixels. Doesn't ruin the screen, but looks nasty all the same. For something I paid 700$ for, I wish that this wouldn't be an issue

Second review, First DOA

As a basic laptop, for web browsing, or usual work loads, it's fine. But to be advertised as a "gaming" Laptop, sorry but no.

OK, first one came DOA. Newegg stepped up and RMA'd it, even though I had bought the first one well in advance of Christmas as a present for someone ; Second one works fine, so far

Definitly is NOT a gaming laptop. It is a decent running LT, but even the most average game, ( In this case, the first tried was "Sherlock Holmes" PC game ) runs horribly slow and stutters, with all setting on low. We really didnt buy this as a gaming...

Love this thing

If you're looking for a relatively cheap laptop for gaming, this one is the best. Great for college students who like to balance classwork and gaming.

For a low end gaming laptop, it's a fantastic piece of hardware ; Runs many games decently well at 60fps ; Doesn't fell bulky or cheap ; Quick boot time, doesn't take too long for any actions ; Windows 8.1 is an improvement over 7 if you take the time...

Windows updates may feel a bit long ; Keep your power cord in if you're doing anything graphically intensive or it will revert to a lower graphics card ; Although the keyboard includes a full numpad, it forces all of the keys to be very close together...

Nice Laptop

Laptop was a good purchase as it was for my children and getting them off my hi-end PC. :)

Nice Laptop. Everything included in the purchased arrived on time and works great

Expected a bit more from the graphics card considering the add and the price. 3D gaming quality is OK, but not as good as I had hoped. Takes some special tweaking to graphics for some 3D games on steam and other such gaming networks to view nicely

Great so far!

Very happy with this purchase as this laptop is a perfect fit for my game usage and what I use a laptop for (youtube, writing, indesign, flash)

Everything arrived super fast and the computer was working right out of the box. Windows 8 is a bit of a pain but honestly you do get used to it. This laptop fits right in the middle of the spectrum of gaming and consumer machines, if your an intense...

Only minor complaints. The touchpad built into this laptop is not great, it feels sticky and has a weird grip to it that makes it almost unusable. If your like me and you use a mouse anyways you wont even notice. Also the disc drive is a bit... clunky?...

Meh

i submitted a rma today and have a replacement coming so i'll update my review once new laptop arrives. The shipping company they use i.e "OnTrac" is HORRIBLE . Worst shipping company ever and would never subject my customers to them.

looks good and started up but. See cons

It was Mailed to me defective, Cloud of stuck pixels right in middle of the screen that looks like its raining more pixels
