I wasn't sure what new Egg would do, but was surprised that they sent me directly to Dell. I was surprised that Dell didn't just send me another computer once they received mine and found that there was a hardware problem.

The one day with 2 hrs use that I had, the computer was great. After that I had 2 - 3 service calls to Dell. I had great service contact with Dell Rep for info and status

I first called New Egg, but was told to call Dell. I had to talk to Dell 2 - 3 times for 2 days and then they told me to send it back to Dell Repair Depot. It has been 2 weeks with multiple status calls and today, the computer was received

Too heavy

 

At first I was learning to deal with the weight of my new Dell. It was not what I wanted. I thought I was buying a tablet w/keyboard. But, I wanted to get started on my project right away, so thought I would go ahead and work with it.
