Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 (9315) review: a cheaper Surface Pro alternative

The Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 9315 doesn't offer anything to recommend it over the Microsoft Surface Pro 9 except for its price, and that's not quite low enough.
