Neat, asthetically pleasing and easy to use. Instructions easy to understand. Size is ideal as I use it mainly for presentations displaying digital photographs. Good clear sharp images.

I found the laptop rather heavy to carry around and handle. I would have liked to be able to download photographic images direct from a memory card without having to buy a card reader.

Battery life not the best but it is sufficient for a large screen laptop sometimes the enter key doesnt work first tap

full size key board fan is silent compared to my previous HP which sounded like a tractor

it does not seem to detect some devices I plug into the usb ports, sometimes yes, sometimes no Sound application is erratic and difficult to set finding the manual is very difficult why isn't there a note with the laptop explaining where to download it...

The built in camera should work on a swivel, so that the camera angle can be different than the screen, otherwise you are tied with the viewing angle of the screen by what you wish the camera to show or vice versa.
