Gets along with Linux with help from a friend

Plays nicely with Linux Mint following the addition of BELKIN F5D7010 Wireless G Notebook Card

The internal mini pci wireless adapter is a pain to deal with

Has no serial port so I had to get a new mouse which is no big deal and it does have 4 USB ports. With the addition of a 1gig memory module Vista runs fine. Dual boot system with Ubuntu Linux works fine. Overall a great machine at a great price.

Excellent buy.Highly recommend it

Vista ; Bare minimum memory to run Vista

Very happy with this Purchase.

This laptop came with 512Mb of Ram, I knew what I was buying, I will upgrade it to 2Gigs of RAM with another purchase from New Egg for $39.99. You can't beat the price. I would suggest you buy it if looking for a new Laptop. Why spend $600 or more.

Opened this Laptop to find it in perfect shape. It runs like a charm. Very very satisfied

None whatsoever

Great Choice.

Definitely get more memory. Doesn't cost much more and DEFINITELY makes the difference. 512 is definitely the bare minimum for Vista so a bit more memory makes this the perfect laptop.

Cheap. QUIET. Super quiet. It makes no noise except for clicking from keys and the mouse on it. Nice crisp display and runs games very well if you get more memory. Good reception on the Wifi. Nice battery options. Gives you options to get better...

Okay so I got it expecting it to be pretty darn good. Got it.. got fooled. It needed a bit more speed for every day use. I bought a 1GB memory stick for $40 and this thing is GREAT. I'm very happy with it. No more complaints for me. Gets a slight bit...
