I am very pleased with it.

 

I am very happy with this purchase and if you are needing a laptop on a budget then this will be a great choice.

A bargain for those not wanting to spend a lot but still need a decent laptop ; Specs are decent for the price ; Screen is pleasant to look at for extended periods of time ; Windows 7, the best OS by windows. Windows 8-8.1 is great so there is that

Short battery life ; This is not going to suffice to play games on ; Either a slow write speed on the HDD or it tops out before 1 megabyte/second ; Needs a lot of software to make it smooth. I suggest ninite ; Norton

windows 8 for me

 

Would I purchase another one from newegg? sure as heck would. these folks are GREAT!!!!!!!!

very nice laptop and could not be any happier with it. Windows 8 is new for me having grown up with everything from 3.1 to Vista and 7. I did down load a couple programs that emulate the Vista power button area and that has helped me alot with the 8...

Wish there was Office loaded onto it. We have office 2000 Pro and i found out we can not use it on an 8 system. :-(

BAD SPEC: No Bluetooth

 

Thanks to the Iron Egg, I'm getting $30 back because the price dropped that much in the week since I ordered it. That's the saving grace here. I'll spend some of that to get a Bluetooth USB Adapter and still maybe be $15 ahead, but down a USB port.

So far, not a bad product for lower end laptop. May update after further use

Disappointed that it did not have Bluetooth support as advertised. By the time I got far enough into set up (as a gift already given), returning it was not a practical option
