Great screen but memory not easily upgradeable

 

This is a great laptop (especially the screen) but what John Lewis has omitted to explain is that you cannot upgrade the memory yourself. The memory slot is not underneath the laptop where you can quickly access yourself. It is inside the laptop itself...
