For a laptop it's quick the battery life is no bad overall for what I paid the spec is above the norm for this type of laptop.

the is no bad you get an intel i3 cpu the graphics are good a win win all round.

Once one has got used to it, it is very responsive. Windows 8 is fine, again, once one has adjusted to it.

Touch pad needed some getting used to; at one point I nearly went back to using a mouse. I did go back to using the Windows 7 start up menu; I much prefer the Start up button to trying to fetch in the menu from the right hand side.
