Good picture quality fast loading

Getting rid of the norton internet security after the 30 day trial is very difficult to completely erase all the files (Took me nearly a week!)

I decided to get this laptop after my desktop decided it didn't want to play anymore. I find this laptop very good, in fact it does a lot more than I expected.

Battery life not brilliant, but does warn you in plenty of time.

light weight.user friendly 10/10 so easy toset up especially with wifi

poor battery sage only last about 3hrs.

Ideal for a first laptop, has everything for the beginner.

Haven't found any.

nothing really, give it a week and youll get used to the smaller screen size, but then that makes it very poertable...

Really good quality and value for money.

Some keys are misplaced so you choose print instead of shift.

It's price is excellent and for me works as good as all those that cost several hundred more, and I have recommended to a couple of friends that are just starting out on a computer and they to are really pleased.

this laptop runs well for most internet uses also handles games well too which surprised me :)

it's not as light as i thought and battery doesn't last that long
