Touchpad freezes for a couple of seconds from time to time - when combined with Windows 8 this can cause your screen to flick from one to another quickly until it unfreezes. Install a Windows 8 start button and things will be okay. Non techies will not...

I find the laptop very easy to use. The keyboard is user friendly and the speed of the computer is fantastic. I consider it to be a very good buy and have recommended it to all my friends

Generally pleased with this product

The pad/mouse keys seem clunky - hoping this will change with more use, otherwise I will have to by a mouse that clicks smoothly

I am no longer frustrated by the length of tine it takes for starting up

Hate the Windows 8 system and cannot downgrade back to 7 as the bios wont let you
