Screen size and resolution

Only a trial version of Microsoft Office.

Looks good and works well most of the time.

Occasionally runs slow, and freezes. I think this is mainly due to half the memory at least being constantly used by vista.

Specification is generally good. Performs fast enough for most functions and graphics is great. HDMI connection is very useful.

The mouse/curser area is too slippery - would be better designed with a rougher surface like some of the other laptops.

Normal size keyboard. Good size memory.

Very sleek design and easy to use. Large screen good for movies and gaming.

Bit on the heavy side. Have to clean constantly cause glossy surface attracts finger prints and dust.

Nice looking laptop with a screen that appears bigger than it actually is. Brilliant graphics

having preloaded software that then expires after so many days unless you pay a fee is not good. the software installed should come free with machine

slim. Quick access onto the internet. Lovely clear picture

Great to have a number pad on the side which not a lot of laptops have.

The laptop does get quite hot to have on your knee for a while!! 2 of the USB ports are too close together to plug in two things at the same time - although to be honest this hasn't caused any problems as there is another port on the other side....
