Hardly any complaints at all...just right for a beginner, or a techie like me!

The way the right mouse click pad is positioned means you can hit it by mistake sometimes. That's the only niggle.

The cursor using the touch pad seems to have a mind of its own and often disappears off the screen with no l(ogical reason) when it becomes very hard to find

Brill laptop with features i needed apart from bluetooth , easy to use great for watching catch up tv or youtube on .

No blue tooth but easy to get additional software and bluetooth plug in to rectify this , apart from this one brill laptop .

very dissapointed in the product

left and right click buttons are just TOO unobtrusive. I can never find them! I have stuck white plumber's tape on them and along the sides fo the touch pad.

easy to set up and use - especially i am a techno-fob good size and not too heavy.have only used plugged in so can't really comment about battery life.

Perfect first computer for my mum who is just starting out. Does everything she could want it to and more for a low cost. Great value for money.

Too slow and cluncky when you want to do more than just the basic stuff. But you knew that already, you've seen the price.

Great layout - easy to use - no problems (keyboard just the right size for my hands as I touch type and finding the correct keys so much easier than on some other models)

Need to purchase a bigger and more powerful battery - but apart from that - nothing else negative to report
