there are no bad points but I expected a similar laptop to my othr compaq which I purchase two years ago, similiar in the layout of the keyboard etc

You get what you pay for.

Clunky pad and keys. Performance when browsing whilst also using open documents is really slow. Plus has, on several occasions, turned itself off for no reason. Comes straight back on and can recover files but still extremely irritating!!

Excellent value for money. Ideal for users who just need a PC for standard internet browsing (i.e. a couple or so pages open at any one time) and fairly basic (e.g. Office) applications. Don't bother paying for a higher spec machine as you'll likely...

The screen doesn't 'lock' shut when folded down.

Inexpensive but of good quality lacks memory but ok for light use overall good laptop
