After having my orignal one replaced due to a fan problem I have had no problems whatsoever with the replacement. No doubt this is the best laptop out there for value for money at the moment and offers great speed and graphics proformence even if its a...

The batterey life is poor but expected from a high proformence laptop. The on/off button feels cheap and can be hard to press also the mouse pad buttons are a right pain.

spec looks good on paper

cheap design, runs slow, not user friendly, my old e systems laptop which is 5 yo and poor spec runs faster, wouldnt recommend and dont get me started about norton

looks lovely, doesnt seem refurbished very fast, copes well with lots of programs/windows open windows 7 is much better than vista battery life not a problem

the trackpad bit is very unresponsive and the left/right keys are quite stiff.
