It was damaged on the side and sm of the colour of the button had cm off. Bad design

The student package came seperately and it wasn't clear initially where you got the code from to unlock the computer. A slip in the computer box saying that the code would follow would have solved the problem

It is easy to use great performance great for multi tasking and great value for you money well recommended

i think its average laptop according to the money spent on this.

it works like its an old laptop even the fan start giving so much noise when we tilt the screen even little bit. the mouse pad is simply rubbish .
