The design is nice

Probably cause it's refurbished, the battery dies out in less then an hour. It keeps turning off while I'm still working on it.

Battery life doesn't less than is claimed even with reduced brightness and close of programs - 4 hours max.

This is the second HP I have to return because the battery life promised is never achieve!! They both lasted around 2,5hrs when it was promised 6-8 hours!!
