Had to return the product as it was faulty. Disappointing as even though it was a refurbished laptop it wasn't cheap. Eventually got a full refund a week after returning it. Don't think I'd ever buy a refurb again

Great HD graphics

No light on the on switch button

Fabulous looking laptop, easy to use.

I charged the battery for several hours and it showed as empty as soon as the charging cable was taken out, it then turned itself off, I did this twice before returning it to store for a refund. Disappointing!

Good value for money in terms of the graphics and ram.

Only 2g wifi connection and touch pad is very poor. It jumps around the screen and into the corners and even after disabling secondary touch movements it changes the zoom when browsing online. Very frustrating!

Good around laptop that is good for all the family. It can game and is capable of most everyday tasks.

windows 8 . It was ok once classic she'll was installed.

In my opinion this is a great machine for my needs, work and pleasure. I was very pleased with the quality considering it was classed as a refurb, it is "As new" in every way.

My own fault as i did not research Windows 8.1, but i find it very difficult to use. I am not an I.T guru by any means but i know this Windows 8.1 was designed for touch screen models which mine isn`t. I would imagine it`s a whiz on touch screen but...

I like the finish on it, it looks more expensive than it was. the performance is good, and simple to use.

Like most computer manufacturer, they put to much software on that you never use.
