built-in webcam is not that clear.

Very nice design, good performance.

Battery life could be a little better when put on the 'high performance' setting.

Some problems initially to do with transferring files from pc. ie difficult to find disks which were compatible with both machines. This problem is now resolved and all seems to be well.

An elegant laptop, yet it is proving itself powerful enough for heavy-duty business use. Screen much easier on the eye than my previous laptop (a Dell Latitude).

The RAM and processor speed is superb

Need to increase the Hard drive capacity. Also put blurtooth.

this product is faster then other this range laptops and this laptop`s battrylife is very good

but most of customer asssistance or technical person have no idia about their product ,because when i m asking about cad software they are give me wrong answer.

The battery holds a charge for a good few hours.

The mouse jumps about all over the place, is very annoying and the 'sticky' thing is switched off. I go to click but nothing happens because the mouse pointer on screen jumps away from the target. Also the piano finish is a pain to keep free of dust...
