Received in as new condition. Great looking Laptop. Connected to wieless internet with no problems at all. Easy to use & runs at fast speed. Plays DVD's with very clear picture. Would reccomend for any use.

Soft keys locked up once but just took out battery the reconnected it. perfect since. No other problems.

Now all working all righth, I see as is it for future

Nice laptop, looks good, good for watching movies and such.

Didn't have 4 GB RAM in it, only had 2 GB. Went into the shop and they said it's nothing to do with them. Had to get a credit by phoning them and then going back. Rather annoying. Also worrying that someone who doesn't know too much about computers...

I like the styling,it's functions and the fact that the recon is just as good as a normal one but cheaper. it has a decent 17 inch screen, 4 usb ports and overall a very good laptop for the money. I did a lot of research about laptops and this one...

The battery life could be better, and it has played up once or twice but apart from that nothing to report.

Obviously a big screen means a bigger machine, but not by much. I really can't fault the DV7-3112sa.

The graphics and picture quality are good especially in comparison to other laptops in that price bracket. Easy to use. Lovely weight and size to the keyboard.

Really disappointed with the sound quality, it is extremely poor for listening to cd's or watching dvd’s, television, sky, games and Skype.
