Unit failed, spent 2 days contacting support and trying to get it to work gave up and got a refund.

Build quality is superb for price range Fast Big screen Keyboard comfortable to work with Lovely all round design

Keys a bit stiff so requires firm contact

very unhappy had bit replaced twice n in the bend got a refund

Failed to work-I could not log in- it was nothing to do with 'wrong' keyboard /language set-up

Display is clear and bright and good resolution, sound quality is excellent even from internal speakers. Style and construction is very good and seems fairly robust. Although its refurbished... and had a tiny scratch on the battery (out of sight...

No Books, No Disks, No Junk (is this a good point ?)...But this was expected because its a refurbished laptop. I cant say anything bad, in fact I WILL buy another one.

Had 2 laptops and both where damaged VERY VERY bad communication, THIS TRANSACTION COST ME BOTH TIME AND MONEY. I had to twice drive 12 miles return trip to drop off damaged laptop, My son did not recieve his 18th birthday present because of this!!...

I have used this notebook more than any of my other computers, mainly because the ease of use is so good.The finger recognision is a very useful option. Weight and size ok but I use this mainly as my main computer now and I have found it a joy to watch...

I have used this computer just over a month and the only bad (not so good point is) I have not found any, other than with this size of screen the text is not as sharp (black) as a smaller display!
