Bad display. HP's 14-inch business laptop also gets the Kaby Lake update. However, as with the larger 15-inch sibling we are not convinced by the display.

Dead on arrival

 

The computer and its replacement both malfunctioned upon arrival to the point where the technician wasn't able to fix it without a recall. I would under no circumstances recommend this computer or this company to anyone.

Great spec for the price.

It's a bit plasticky, which is understandable for the price. The touchpad rattles slightly in use, which is not good. Shame the battery isn't easily removable (it's hidden under a screw-down panel).
