Driver issues from the moment I pulled it out of the box.

Have not found any, wish I had purchased another make.

Windows 8 installed and very difficult to follow. Machine died completely in Oct 2014 while still under warranty. Still trying to sort this out with HP and retailer. I have wasted hours on this by phone and email on other's laptops when I can use them....

Price, design, battery life, performance on office tasks

Installing Windows 8.1 a nightmare, have to uninstal HP help and security products, flash simply won't work, system regularly freezes. Downgraded back to Win 8 and installed Classic Shell and now stable and OK. HP utilities seem to lack much in the way...
