HP Spectre x360 16 review: Finesse, not power

The HP Spectre x360 16 offers solid productivity performance, an elegant look, and a spectacular display.

Solid productivity performance Excellent build quality Spectacular OLED display Outstanding keyboard and touchpad Elegant good looks

Creative performance is lacking Large and heavy in tablet mode

“The HP Spectre x360 16 lacks the raw performance of competitors, but is undeniably well-made.”

HP Spectre x360 16 review: The right 2-in-1 at the wrong time

The HP Spectre x360 16 has an attractive design and awesome wired and wireless connectivity, but there's one major pitfall and that's the 11th-gen Intel processor.

Attractive and sturdy design ; Excellent OLED display option ; 1080p webcam ; Forward-looking wired and wireless connectivity

Attractive and sturdy design ; Excellent OLED display option ; 1080p webcam ; Forward-looking wired and wireless connectivity

The HP Spectre x360 16 packs an amazing optional OLED display and a long list of features, but its perks are undercut by disappointing processor performance.

HP Spectre x360 16 Review

Convertible design with beautiful OLED touch screen ; Pen and carrying sleeve included ; High-res webcam with proximity and illumination extras ; Good audio ; Long battery life ; Wi-Fi 6E

A bit underpowered for demanding video editing or 3D rendering ; Too heavy to hold as a tablet ; Missed opportunity: Adding the 007 SPECTRE octopus logo

Its size makes it a hefty tablet, but HP's Spectre x360 16 2-in-1 convertible laptop combines a stellar screen with several classy, convenient touches.

HP Spectre x360 16 (2022) review: Now we’re talking

The HP Spectre x360 16 is still the 16-inch 2-in-1 laptop to beat, but it could use a bit more power

Stunning 16-inch OLED touch screen ; Comfortable keyboard ; Ample battery life ; Great audio ; Solid performance…

…but could be better ; Too heavy for tablet mode

The HP Spectre x360 16 is a stylishly compact 16-inch 2-in-1 laptop that boasts a dazzling OLED display, but its 12th Gen Intel update only brings a middling improvement to performance.

HP Spectre x360 16 review: A flipping delight

The HP Spectre x360 16 stuns with a dazzling OLED touch panel

Stunning 16-inch OLED touchscreen ; Comfortable keyboard ; Ample battery life ; Great audio

Poor performance ; Lacks 12th Gen Intel ; Too heavy for tablet mode ; Occasional loud fans

HP’s giant take on its Spectre x360 delivers a dazzling, 16-inch OLED display in a stylish convertible, but it’s too cumbersome to nail its 2-in-1 aspect — and its lack of a 12th Gen Intel CPU shows.

HP Spectre x360 16 (2021) review: A high-quality 16-inch convertible with a superb OLED screen | ZDNet

The HP Spectre x360 16 has a powerful processor, discrete graphics and enough battery power to keep it going for most, if not all, of the day. However, it's unwieldy to use in handheld tablet mode.

Excellent 16-inch OLED screen ; Distinctive design ; Solid build ; Two Thunderbolt 4 ports always available

Only 512GB of SSD storage ; Unwieldy in handheld tablet mode ; Moderate battery life

HP Spectre x360 16 2-in-1 (2022) review: All-round visual performer

The new OLED-powered HP Spectre x360 16 2-in-1 laptop is an excellent all-rounder with great battery life

Stellar OLED screen ; Strong battery life ; Great build quality

Patchy software configuration ; Poor sound quality

The new HP Spectre x360 16 2-in-1 (2022) is a great all-round package for the money. The 16-inch OLED touchscreen is nothing short of stellar, you get 2-in-1 tablet functionality, a bundled input pen with Microsoft Pen Protocol 2.0 support, a decent...

HP Spectre x360 (16-f0035no) HP Spectre x360 (16-f0035no) Review - Good screen - but poor price

HP's luxury laptop has a gorgeous UHD+ display that will delight graphic artists. But the performance doesn't match the price.

4K touch screen and more than ample RAM. Wi-Fi 6E.

Processor and graphics card are otherwise fine. But not in relation to the price. The screen is only 60 Hz and without HDR.

The HP Spectre x360 is a curious machine, and I can’t really see who it’s primarily targeted at. It’s too big, heavy and expensive to carry in your bag for most people. If it was the 3D performance that was the selling point, you can get much more for...

HP Made a Big, Luxurious 2-in-1 and It's Fantastic

The design and features of the Spectre x360 16 are tough to beat, but its performance for its price might disappoint some.

Beautiful design ; Lots of features for home and office work ; Great webcam ; Active pen and laptop sleeve included

Top-end configuration performance underwhelms
