I brought this for my daughter whos going to high school. Lovely colour and ideal for teenagers. She loves it. Also comes with a free year of Microsoft office which is brilliant, for school work. It's very light and easy to type on.

Bought when I received wouldn't update as windows on it had used all memory wouldn't accept it back as wasn't faulty had to buy extra memory

From the minute I turned it on it was slow and not even useable , all windows kept saying ‘not responding' I got in touch with HP and they reset the laptop saying it would work, it still did not work. Don't bother buying it.

Bought this for simple tasks for my wedding, easy to use and has everything I needed
