Awful product.

 

Bought this item as a christmas present for my 6yr old son, when it came i opened it up to set it up, all seemed fine. When up and running it take around 45to60 seconds for each app/internet or programme you try and run. Its like the laptop is years...

Disappointing performance of the laptop

 

The customer service was amazing, price is low but so is performance. I'm fully disappointed. I was expecting portable, fast device and it only has its first feature.
