Great Deal

I like this computer so much that I have recommended it to friends and am buying one for my mom for her birthday. You should buy this computer.

This PC is blazing fast and runs every modern game that I have tried to play so far at max graphics capabilities. Half-Life 2, D&D Online, Age of Empires III, Guild Wars, Tribes Vengeance... I have yet to play a game on it that taxed the system. It has...

The battery life runs at about two hours. This could also be considered a pro, but it depends on what you're looking for ; The fingerprint reader does not work as smoothly as desired, but I do not understand this to be unusual for fingerprint readers....

Best 14" gaming laptop

My Gateway Solo1450 SE from 2002 just died today, well sorta. The screen on it kinda goes faded and comes back every so hours, idk its a little weird the way it does it, So I'm glad I got this just in time. This is definitely the Best 14" laptop you...

Everything is good on it. Really powerful, plays steam games well, love the buttons on top of keyboard. Love Express Gate as well, I use that often. Its an ati HD Radeon 4670, not a 4650, thats better yet

left side of the keyboard is really 'springy' I would say. No big deal though. Not the best battery life, but a good 2 hours maybe, It depends what your doing on it as well. The left clicker on the touch pad feels looser, I just noticed that today....

High performance computer that needs some tweaks

Nice video card... actually its a 4670 not a 4650. Biggest bang for your buck laptop

Keyboard is pretty bad follow the rest of the reviews ; Network card.... this network card is really bad... doesnt give off N wireless. If you step 5 feet away you lose 3 bars of connectivity so dont even think about carrying it around the house. I...

Great Laptop

Very versatile, excellent functions and well powered. Has everything I need for work, home, and play. Function key problem has been fixed. Best money I've spent in years

The tactile feel from the left side of the keyboard is still an issue, so if your planning on doing a lot of typing and research choose another model, it's annoying but livable for 90% of what I do, but would not want to use it as a main typing machine...

Great laptop, except the keyboard

I would absolutely love this laptop except that the keyboard is just plain awful. Really. The worst I have ever used, bar none. It cannot register very fast typing, and I miss characters constantly, which can be REALLY frustrating when trying to type...

Smaller size, fast proc and graphics, respectable optical drive, sturdy build, good screen, ASUS warranty

Lose your brand loyalty and buy this laptop

Keyboard - I don't know that "flexible" is how I would describe it. Specifically, the keys on the far left side of the keyboard feel like they are too springy. They feel and sound different, as though nothing is actually under the keyboard. It's not a...

Superior graphics and processing power for the price. (Windows Experience Index of 5.9 - based on lowest score which is for disk data transfer rate. All other components earned a 6.2 or 6.7) Honestly, this alone is the biggest pro. You can play games...

Windows 7 64-bit is a bit difficult to get used to in that not all your program that worked on Windows XP will work here. The Ultimate and Professional versions of 7 come with an integrated XP mode, but Home version doesn't. There is a work-around...

Great laptop

Great computer! HD,CPU,HD 4650, DDR2 4gb ram all scream speed! This is the only thing ive ben gaming on! ive given up on the xbox for a bit because bioshock 2 works with my xbox live account so i can earn achivements on my laptop. Best buy on newegg by...

Very fast!! Blasts right through bioshock 2 at the highest settings in Dx-10. Takes on lotrol at high settings on dx-10 and never looses a frame. Computer is very small so its great for travel and lan/net partys! Keyboard is ok with only a slight bit...

Like I said before the keyboard is a little laggy but you dont realy notice it much and also might be due to internet lag. The fn placement is a little off but not to much of a problem. The monitor is a little small but also go with the pro of being small
