Amazing

Overclocking setup is a bit confusing and don't seem to understand how BIOS has it setup. Going to do more research into it however to figure out what needs to be done to get it working.

This laptop is amazing. Can crank all settings on almost any game to MAX and the laptop is just like "OK". Played Dragon Age, Mass Effect 2, Call of Duty, World of Warcraft and tons of other games to max with little to no stress on the processor or...

Lower resolution than my old laptop, went from 1080p to 720p. Laptop is a real big fingerprint magnet and the lights on the laptop can get kind of annoying. Keyboard feels flimsy and the lighting under it is annoying if turned up to max (no need to do...

Newegg messed up and sent me wrong laptop

I think that for such a big company they really need to check into their fulfilling of customers orders... check to make sure that what you are shipping is what you really should be shipping.. would think that was good business 101 I know this review...

it sounds like a great laptop, would have played all my games and then some.... but Newegg messed up my order and sent me the duo core version... that is a great laptop.. but not at this price.. and of course they ran out of these laptops, so I had to...

some of the customer "service" reps I talked to were very snotty..acting like it was my fault or I was lying... shipping took several days longer than I paid for... for Newegg's handling with this problem I give them a -2 eggs

Incredible

Just get this!

I've had this now, and man is it fun to play games on this! The display is HUGE and the colors and brightness is great. There's even a numpad! No lag at all when playing Crysis, Call of duty, or even BF:BC2

Its a pretty heavy laptop (Heavier than my electric guitar) and battery life isn't amazing (2.1 hours on power saver)

Good for gaming

Just get either this or the dual core version.

The GTX 260M graphics card is one of the most powerful notebook graphics cards there are. That + A Quad core cpu is absolutely awesome. A 640GB hd (well 2 x 320) is really ALOT

Heavy. And its a fingerprint magnet

Great!

GET IT! The quad core is harder to overclock than the dual core version, but if you overclock the quad core, than its absolutely awesome.

GTX 260m ; Good Cooling ; Good Gaming graphics performance ; Quad core ; 6GB RAM ; Backlit keyboard

Low battery life ; Fingerprint magnet ; 5400RPM HDD ; DDR2 RAM ; Quad core/Low clock rates

Absolutely Awesome.

The default clock rates on the GTX 260M are that of a 9800M. All you have to do is set the clock rate higher and you're good to go. Also, I recommend doing a clean install of Windows 7, so you don't have to install all the bloatware that comes with...

This thing stays pretty cool, even though this has a Nvidia GeForce 260M, which, by the way, is REALLY powerful. The Quad core processor is pretty good and I've overclocked it to 2.3Ghz. The RAM is 6gb, which is really good too. Nothing, I repeat,...

Low battery life ; Heavy ; Big ; Fingerprint Magnet ; 5400RPM Hard Drive (standard) ; The 5400RPM HDD is kind of balanced out by the two 320GB HDDs, which is alot of storage

Pretty sick

If you're looking for a gaming laptop this one is pretty snazzy

This thing is a powerhouse, except in the terms of actual battery life. It can run crisis, on very high details though a little laggy and on high flawlessly. The tools that come with it make it quite secure and come in handy. Also a nice backlight for...

The battery only lasts for 1 hour and 45 minutes on power saver mode. Can be annoying
