battery seems to be good for about 4hours better than expected, laptop is very light, nice bright screen, overall good value.

Lid could have done with some form of catch, maybe just a personal thing I would have liked a different colour for the indicator led's

My previous laptop was a 2nd hand IBM thinkpad T43, which was why I chose Lenovo this time. I like the veriface login, and the keyboard is familiar after the IBM. So far there is nothing I would change.

I haven't discovered any, except that the veriface only works if the light is good - however you can login with the password anyway.

Nice screen, decent webcam, seems to handle most basics well

decent battery life, solid performance with windows 7, sturdy build

slightly big and a little bit heavy but certainly no major issue if you're used to a full-size laptop

This is not a high flying machine, it's a work horse and it does it's job very well.
