This thing stays cool. I have had zero worries about it overheating. It's got an i5 so it runs smoothly. I did not buy it from newegg, however, I got it at office depot on sale for a little over 500. I don't think it is worth 800

Lenovo has terrible support. I downgraded to windows 7 and there is an issue with the USB 3.0 ports. I constantly have to disable and re-enable the driver. I tried uninstalling all the drivers and reinstalling with the ones from lenovo's website but...

Great with a few minor caveats

I wouldn't let the cons necessarily stop you from buying the laptop as I think it performs well and was a very good value. It's just that some of the design issues I see are very "what were they thinking" to me.
