Lenovo IdeaPad U160 review

An 11.6-inch laptop with a Core i7 processor. Does the Lenovo IdeaPad U160 really need more of an introduction than that? Believe it or not, the ultrathin la...

Review Lenovo IdeaPad U160 Subnotebook

Powerless. Lenovos 11.6-incher is the cheapest alternative to the Acer Timeline X 1830T. The Core i5-520UM is a disappointing choice when it comes to performance, but how does battery life fare with the equipped 48Wh battery? How about the display and...

Fast, quiet hard drive, Low weight, Bright display, Quiet, eSATA-port, Touchpad keys, An eSATA-port on a subnotebook. Those with large quantities of data will appreciate that

Low performance from the 520UM, Short battery life, High heat emissions, Glare-type TFT, A matte display and a more powerful battery would have helped the run time a bit

Lenovo IdeaPad U160 M436MUK

Very portable, nice design, quick and responsive. I'm impressed with it and would recommend it to anyone who needs to carry around a laptop, who is on a low-ish budget plus it has a higher memory than most netbooks.

Battery doesn't last as long as expected, but I do get a good 4 hours when fully charged.

Lenovo IdeaPad U160

This is a wolf in sheeps clothing! The Lenovo looks like a netbook but has the capability of a laptop. Small and compact. V quick. Well spaced keys.

Battery life could be better-but we all want more battery. The keys are white which may mean they start to look dirty or become tinted with age.
