Review LG S1 Pro Notebook

Red Dot Winner. The LG S1 Notebook is really well designed and im ...

Challenging Design, Good workmanship, Robust case, User-friendly input devices, Bright display with excellent contrast, Acceptable noise and temperature emissions

Case is partly hardly pressure resistant, Missing transport hook, Reflecting display

The noise of the DVD drive is alright during playback, but, during copying data or playback of Mpeg movies it is rather loud

No DVI port ; A faster or larger drive would be better ; Bigger battery please

LG is frustratingly close to a perfect notebook, but it is close enough to the mark to put ahead of many notebooks in the same price range
