Review MSI CR630 Notebook

Plastic book. Many shortcomings and few genuine good points, is how we would sum up this cut-price laptop for €370. Before we can get too pleased about its excellent range of ports, our hands slip over the case's glassy surface. Read on to find out...

Reasonable battery life, Ports on the back edge, eSATA, HDMI, ExpressCard, Finally, ports on the back of the machine. This keeps the desktop neat and tidy

Poor application performance, Slow hard drive, Screen too dark, not matt, Wobbly lid, Spongy keyboard, Squashed key layout, Fingerprints get everywhere, Imprecise workmanship

Not worth it

I wasn't expecting much from this laptop, just something that I can take with me when I'm on the move for web browsing, music, and light gaming. This laptop only satisfied one requirement; the web browsing. Originally, it boiled down between this...

The laptop looks beautiful and comes relatively cheap ; Screen is very bright, made it somewhat of a pleasure to read from ; Battery life is 2 hours which is what I expected from this so it works out there

For a laptop that bills itself as being able to handle moderate gaming, it fails horribly at that. I've tried running some old games of mine on it and it could barely run any of them at a playable rate. And I'm talking games from about 5 years ago ;...

Nice laptop but not perfect

MSI CR630 320GB 15.6 Inch Laptop - this is a very nice and sturdy looking laptop and for the price is reasonably well speced. Unlike a lot of similarly prices ones this has a good 1.3mp webcam, 4GB of memory, a double layer DVD re-writer and 320GB hard...

battery life poor

I really like this laptop. i am a real techno phobe and it was really easy to just plug in and get going. My only complaint is the battery life. it says up to 3 hours, but i seem to have to constantly charge it. So if you are on the go out and about,...
