MSI’s GX70 is a laptop with many pros and many cons. The system has a great keyboard, tons of ports, a quality non-gloss display and superb speakers. But it also suffers from spotty quality, a miniscule touchpad, and inferior endurance.

Can play 3D games at 1080p native resolution. Backlit keyboard. Good battery life for a gaming laptop. VGA, 3 USB 3 and 2 USB 2 ports, Mini-DisplayPort, and HDMI.

Lagged at media creation and general performance tests. Heavy. Windows 8 without a touch screen is awkward.
