Good Buy

 

Overall a good computer, I will probably upgrade it to a faster 7200RPM hard drive in a couple of months. Nvidia Optimus can be a problem because some games like Fallout 3 will detect the integrated graphics and try to use that to play the game instead...

1600X900 is the best screen resolution I've found in this price range and I do enjoy the screen ; Good webcam ; Capable of running all the games I want so far ; Batman Arkham Asylum ; Bioshock ; Fallout 3 New Vegas ; All play smooth and great, fallout...

Bloatware(ugh) - first thing i did was install a different OS on it so I have only the programs I want on it ; Battery life could be better, but there aren't too many gaming laptops with good battery life out there ; Nvidia Optimus can be problematic...

Awesome

 

Will repost more after i mess with it more.

Minimal bloatware,Quadcore i5:)came with bluetooth.Keyboard is great sound is phenomenal.Love the exterior texture.track pad switch right above is awesome.Very fast....fast yes.Best bang for your buck under a grand.Love it

optimus is terrible

 

The nvidia optimus software doesn't work all the games only recognize the intel hd integrated card so its like not having a dedicated gpu @ all

Good looking Laptop

 

Will repost after actual use while running surf and office apps and gaming performance.

Spec's and aesthetics look very appealing ; For the price this was the most hardware for my buck out there.Nvidia gt 425,BD combo,i5,usb 3.0,dynaudio 4 spkr sound etc

Only con is i dont have it in my hands yet and im not sure if its got built in bluetooth or not.Wasnt many reviews i could find online but similar rigs from MSI have great reviews.So im taking a chance on the larger screen and blu-ray
