Amazing laptop but failed when needed the most

The fact that the F3 recovery option doesn't work on my laptop, really incenses me as I expect a device costing me $1600 to at least work for a few years without issues. I do all my work on this laptop and it failed. I have a $1600 brick on my desk...

Specs are nice

Warranty voided before even removing from the box as the warranty sticker was already broken. MSI customer service leaves much to be desired. RMA for the product is pointless as warranty is voided before use. Now after having the product for a month...

Its cool but....

I still think this laptop is awesome but for what I paid for this (and for anything new for that matter) there should be NOTHING wrong with it. So I'm gonna have a chat with some one about this I might raise the egg score higher later but for problems...
