The Packard Bell Easy Note BG45-U-300 is a smart and superbly finished laptop that justifies the expense. Fast and sleek, it's up to desktop-level challenges yet can be lugged around easily.

Excellent screen resolution, size & weight. A fully fledged sub-notebook with the power to run Windows 7, but for the price of a mid spec Netbook

Fan a little noisy and SD card slot on front is easy to know & accidentally remove SD card (a pain when being used as ReadyBoost)

Its great for the kids because its small and light and not cumberson.

Its great but only downside there is no optical dvd/cd drive but not everyone needs one so a small negative point

Fantastic laptop for the price. I bought this instead of a netbook because of the screen size, movie playing abilities (beware netbooks in this regard) and PRICE! Why are netbooks becoming so expensive?? Also good keyboard and aluminium surround is...

At this price nothing. Ok, more RAM would be nice and a bigger battery but i'd still rather have this over overpriced netbooks. (I get about 2hrs out of it with wifi off and power saver mode on when watching a movie).
