Absolutely no useful user guidance in the package (only basic generic notes) or on Packard Bell web site. Nor does Packard Bell answer e-mailed pleas for help. For example, how can I make a rescue disk when the machine has no optical drive? There must...

Good firm keyboard. Easy to read screen without reflections. This laptop is used for recording newspaper articles for the blind or partially sighted and forms part of a mobile studio and is ecxellent for our purposes
