Panasonic CF-18 ToughBook Tablet PC Review (pics, specs)

Upon first glance the CF-18 looks small and dense. It is diminutive in width (10.7") and depth (8.5"), but a bit chunky in height (1.9"). The hefty look is deceiving to the eye as the CF-18 pleasantly weighs in at only 4.5 lbs

Sluggish touchpad response ; Pen is too small for regular use ; Keyboard is small for big hands ; Expensive

At the global press launch in Japan, IT PRO got a chance to take a hands-on look at the CF-18.

Panasonic sets the benchmark when it comes to tough machines and there's no doubting that the CF-18 has what it takes to survive all but the most careless treatment. A large display, a decent processor and integrated broadband should make this a fine...

Excellent

Great laptop for outdoor use - you can even use it in the pouring rain without having to fear to damage your hardware.

Very reliable, looks great, hardware specs are enough vor the normal user.

Touchpad not very sensitive
