Samsung RF510-S01US

The Samsung RF510-S01US desktop replacement laptop has two things going for it: its speedy processor and powerful integrated Nvidia graphics chip.

Fast Core i5 processor. Excellent Nvidia graphics chip. Two USB 3.0 ports. Affordable.

Design is bland. Battery life is ho-hum. Doesn?t take advantage of a graphics switching technology.

Review Samsung RF510 Notebook

Matt Multimedian. Multimedia performance with Core i5-460M & GeForce GT 330M, paired with office qualities like a matt display, low emissions and good input devices. The perfect 15.6 incher for the consumer bearing ambitions?

High-end materials, Generally stable case, Blu-Ray player & USB 3.0, Inputs with good feedback, Quiet & cool, High computing performance, Fast hard disk, A perfect cooling system with Samsung's typical Silent Mode. When it has to be quiet, it is...

Color poor and contrast low TFT, Narrow viewing angles, Fairly short battery life, No eSATA, ExpressCard, A display with stable viewing angles and better contrasts would be beneficial for movie fans and office users alike

Samsung RF510 - A Fleeting Workhorse

Samsung RF510-S02UK review

Closest in both specification and price to HP's Pavilion dv6-3130sa, the Samsung RF510-S02UK is a 15.6in laptop that offers many distinctive features which make it a…

The Samsung RF510-S02UK is a great performer at a very good price, with unique features such as USB 3.0. However, as an all-round entertainment laptop we found it a little lacking.

Samsung RF510 Notebook

On the face of it very like the professional notebook that I recently reviewed from Samsung however despite having USB3 ports gone is the non reflective screen and back has come the normal shiny black that shows fingermarks.

Doing my Internet searches found the Samsung RF510 at a best price of £769.92 from the first link below

Samsung RF510-SO2UK review

Frequent business travellers always need the right technology to make sure they are able to do the right job, but there is often a compromise between functionality and practicality with laptops.

Great keyboard; beautiful design; high quality display; strong performance; good value for money

Short battery life; poor audio quality; memory not upgradeable; no protective lid clasp

The Samsung RF510-SO2UK is a well designed laptop that's great value for money and can cope with any business task. Samsung has also thrown in some good multimedia components and a great screen and keyboard. Shame about the sub-par audio set up and...

Fast service!

I wouldn't mind paid more for a faster and better one.

Picture quality is outstanding! Newegg custumer service answer all my concerns in a timely manner. Price was very good in comparison with other markets. The laptop is nice but not quite as I was expected

Not as faster as I was expected. Is faster than my previous laptop but my friend got a similar laptop different make and was much faster and acurate

Great Buy

Great buy. We went ahead and spent a little more to get this unit than originally planned, but I know that it won't be obsolete in a year from now with the usb 3.0, built in bluetooth, and graphics processor that it has. If you need a powerhouse, this...

Very fast computer. I say computer cause this is more powerful than the PC I built a couple years ago. I'm very picky about the keyboards on laptops and really like this keyboard. Key spacing is as close to a regular keyboard as I've seen on a laptop....

No blu-ray, but I didn't pay the premium. You can get a cheaper laptop with blu-ray but it won't have the rest of the goods like this one. The HDD was formatted at startup to only around 575 gb. I don't quite understand the reason. I know you loose a...
