Toshiba Qosmio X775-3DV78

If its tacky paint job and overall design don't turn you away, the Qosmio X775-3DV78 is a fast and full-featured gaming laptop.

Very good performance. Stylish, comfortable keyboard. Display supports full 1080p HD. Integrated Nvidia 3DVision. Blu-ray reader, two large hard drives included.

Atrocious battery life. Tacky design. Lacks graphics switching system. Mouse buttons are noisy.

Toshiba Qosmio X775-3DV78 3D Laptop review: Toshiba Qosmio X775-3DV78 3D Laptop

Toshiba Qosmio X775-3DV78 3D Laptop

The ; is a stereoscopic 3D laptop with excellent CPU performance and high-end graphics. The Nvidia 3D Vision system works as advertised. Tons of RAM and hard-drive space and a Blu-ray-RW drive are part of a big feature list.

Bulky and heavy, this isn't a laptop that's ever likely to leave a desk--especially with its unsurprisingly poor battery life.

Those in the market to spend more than $1,000 and get a 3D-enabled, Blu-ray-equipped laptop with plenty of horsepower for games should strongly consider Toshiba's latest high-end Qosmio. It's not cheap or portable by any means, but it's certainly...

Toshiba Qosmio X505-Q850

Few will complain about the gorgeous 18.4-inch screen. It's the biggest screen that'll actually sell on laptops these days (HP and Dell are both phasing out their 20-inch laptop behemoths) and at least an inch larger than the 17-inch ones found in the...

Gorgeous 18.4-inch, 1,920-by-1,080 resolution screen. Core i7 CPU. LED backlit keyboard. Solid multimedia test performance. Cheaper than comparable laptops

Trailed in gaming performance. So-so battery life

The Toshiba Quosmio X505-Q850 is first out of the gates with a mobile Core i7 processor, and it's fast. We give you an exclusive preview.

Toshiba Qosmio X505-Q880 Review

A great laptop for full 1080p HD editing, with high-end graphics, processing power, and lots of multimedia ports.

1080p screen resolution ; Zippy rendering times ; Quick set-up

2-hour battery life with extensive editing ; Inconvenient multimedia buttons ; Small amount of SSD space

A very versatile video capture device with the portability edge.

Quick Review: Toshiba Qosmio X505 gaming laptop

Toshiba's Qosmio X505 is a high-end notebook at a not-so-high-end price. The system has a monster 18.4-inch display and packs an Intel Core i7 processor, but those two are just the start of the fun-it also comes with a 64GB SSD and Nvidia's GeForce GTS...
