When starting the computer in centre of monitor apear some abnormal pixels for example push switch on to open the laptop the screen is black first in centre apear some multicolour pixels in a small area 2.5cm x2.5cm after 5 seconds the monitor is again...

Had to factory reset on numerous occasions Very slow i7 No easy way of upgrading the very slow hard drive Totally useless at multi tasking, mouse freezes Doesn't like the upgrade to win 10 Probably the worst laptop I have ever owned

Sleek design; quite slim and ergonomically designed.

Openeing the 'top' needs to be made easier (maybe notches on the side?).
