This laptop continues in the Toshiba tradition for quality, and I expect reliability, based upon previous models. Keyboard feel is excellent, very good sound (have played only through headphones), display is crystal clear.

I was looking for an inexpensive and solid computer. I got inexpensive but not solid. This computer takes 5 minutes to boot and to wake from sleep mode. It also has frequent driver malfunctions -- such as the video driver quits every once-in-a-while.
