The touch screen.

this product is nice, the design is well built, its portable and the battery span is ok

the touchscreen fails, its shows buble-like disgusting images when usage that will require you to restart the system

I find the Keyboard, with it's extra keys helpful.

The touch screen is a bit intermittent, it's gradually getting worse! I find all the Toshiba programs confusing, sometimes I don't know whether they're a bane or a blessing, I do know they slow the startup down considerably.

Easy to use, just used the updates to upgrade to windows 10 - easy to do, love the fact that the screen is a touch screen

The laptop is a shambles, It spends more time 'reverting changes' than I have time to use it. I want a refund!
